Being Human

being human

Being human is to share, love, believe, sympathize, value, confess, celebrate, greet, help, wipe, contribute and commemorate.

Have we ever felt exalted or proud on being human, the jewel of creations or the crown of creations?

We are born human, but have we ever tried to be human? If we give a thought to the word human being, we realize the word “being”. Now being is a word that implies a state of continuity that has to be maintained and contained through a continuous input,

i.e. effort and struggle to be “the human”.

Every one of us is in a state of war between good and bad, right and wrong and virtue and evil. This is a constant war that starts at birth and terminates with death.
And it is this state of continuity that necessitates a continuous effort on part of the human to be called ‘human being’.

‘Love and Compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive ’.
